Rev. Larry Woodruff grew up in Memphis, graduating from Kingsbury High School. After graduating from Lambuth University and Methodist Theological School in Ohio, his professional ventures have led him to various appointments in West Tennessee and West Kentucky, as well as the Memphis, metro area.
He is married to Brenda Pilcher Woodruff, also a graduate of Kingsbury High School. Brenda is a registered nurse and owner of Career Academy LLC, a CNA Training Program in Memphis. Larry and Brenda’s family includes two grown children, Kimberly and Jared, Jared’s wife Sally, and their eight-month old daughter Annie Caroline. Bonnie, Clyde, and Dillinger – three dogs of various sizes – and Panda the cat round out the family.
Larry’s expertise is in church re-vitalization, organizational leadership, and community focused ministry
When Larry is not involved with the Arlington Church Family, he enjoys duck hunting, fishing, outdoor activities, and drinking coffee with the guys. Along with these, one of Larry’s greatest love is sharing time with Brenda and the rest of the family.
